The United States Department of Transportation (USDOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) declares that an emergency exists that warrants extension of the Regional Emergency Declaration issued by FMCSA to continue emergency relief granted from certain regulatory requirements in Part 395 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs).
