Responsibilities: Managing a team to ensure the security and availability of hardware and software resources and maintaining and improving a first-class Help Desk support and knowledge base.

Evaluation and recommendation of hardware/software solutions to address delivery of business goals.

Maintaining security defenses and remediating issues reported by the SOC, EPT, IVA or internal scans originating within the IT Department.

Administering a change management program as it relates to resources supporting the infrastructure (non-development)

Compliance with all SOC 2 Type 2 Audit procedural requirements


Qualifications:

Postsecondary education required in either a business or technology-related field.

Minimum of three (3) years of relevant job experience.

Previous experience with SOC 2 preferred.
