Responsibilities:
Managing a team to ensure the security and availability of hardware and software resources and maintaining and improving a first-class Help Desk support and knowledge base.
•Evaluation and recommendation of hardware/software solutions to address delivery of business goals.
•Maintaining security defenses and remediating issues reported by the SOC, EPT, IVA or internal scans originating within the IT Department.
•Administering a change management program as it relates to resources supporting the infrastructure (non-development)
•Compliance with all SOC 2 Type 2 Audit procedural requirements
Qualifications:
•Postsecondary education required in either a business or technology-related field.
•Minimum of three (3) years of relevant job experience.
•Previous experience with SOC 2 preferred.
