Gerry Thompson joined NECS in 2025 as Vice President of Technology, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in leading enterprise-wide transformation across operations and digital platforms. At NECS, Gerry is responsible for shaping the company’s technology vision and driving innovation that aligns with the evolving needs of our clients.
 
With a focus-driven approach rooted in principles like Lean Six Sigma and the 80/20 rule, Gerry excels at identifying high-impact opportunities and streamlining complex processes. His leadership style is collaborative and outcome-oriented, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and measurable results. Gerry is known for building strong partnerships and translating strategic vision into sustainable growth.
 
Mr. Thompson holds an MBA and an MS in Business Analytics from the University of Iowa. He resides in Jasper, Indiana, with his family.
