Brian Eckman

Chief Operating Officer

Brian Eckman joined NECS in 2021 and serves as Chief Operating Officer.  ​

Brian had previously been with MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc., the number one North American residential cabinet business, from 1994-2021.  Since 2004, Brian was in different senior leadership roles that included P&L Ownership, General Management, Strategy Development and Deployment, Mergers & Acquisitions, Process Improvement, Product Development and Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Brian has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and sociology from Miami University (Ohio) and multiple Executive Leadership Certifications from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
